By downloading, installing, or using Lovelee ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to both the Android and iOS versions of Lovelee.

2. Description of Service

Lovelee is a couples app that helps partners stay connected through love letters, daily check-ins, doodles, deep questions, and other relationship-building features. The service is available on both Android and iOS platforms. The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. User Accounts

To use Lovelee, you must create an account and connect with your partner. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Use the app only for its intended purpose of connecting with your romantic partner
• Not share your account with others

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You are responsible for:

• All content you create and share through the app (love letters, doodles, check-ins)
• Respecting your partner's privacy and boundaries
• Not using the app for harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior
• Not sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempting to reverse engineer or modify the app

5. Subscription and Payment

Lovelee offers both free and premium features:

• Free features include basic love letters, check-ins, and affection bumps
• Premium features require a subscription (billed through Google Play or Apple App Store)
• One subscription unlocks premium for both partners (shared love zone)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store

6. Intellectual Property

Lovelee and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the app developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create (love letters, doodles, etc.), but grant us a license to store and display it to you and your partner through our service.

7. Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services including Firebase for authentication and storage, and payment processors for subscriptions. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Lovelee is designed to enhance relationships but does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lovelee or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to relationship issues, data loss, or damages arising from third-party services.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Discontinue the service with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Lovelee after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
